Best of 2016 | Beauty

2016 has been an phenomenal makeup year for me – new releases, new discoveries, old reconnected treasures, you name it!! Narrowing down my favorites was such a challenge. I tried to include products that I’ve used for the majority of 2016, but had to throw in some super stars that I found later in the year!

And the awards go to…

Hourglass Mineral Veil Primer – this has been a staple for me for almost three years now

Becca Backlight Priming Filter – give me that glow!!

Derma E Purifying Youth Serum – what’s in this magical stuff? I can’t even explain how beautiful this primes and makes my skin look!

Maybelline Fit Me Matte and Poreless – a major drugstore gem!!

Tarte Shape Tape – the hype is real!! It’s full coverage, non-creasing, and brightening!

Lancome Effacernes – medium/full coverage and a gorgeous finish!

La Mer The Powder – I have backups of backups of this bad boy. I haven’t tried the new formula but the old one is GOLD!

Nars Liquid Laguna – this is the liquid bronzer that started my obsession!

Benefit Watts Up – a cream to powder champagne highlighter that goes perfectly with any look!
